Of course I remember you! It's good to hear from you... Alas I've missed seeing them but I've sen Hit The Jackpot a bunch of times and have been interested in seeing Sweet Raxx for a while... Almost ended up doing a show with them and I like what they're doing. Maybe I should just come to adelaide? x

incidentally, I noticed you're interested in Whitehouse. Are you REALLY? I mean, you sit and think, hmm....I could really go some Whitehouse right about now. I saw them at What Is Music and they were hilarious and dangerous and a bit thrilling, but listening to them...I just don't get. I guess you do. Cool.

I'll post again soon... I've been too busy reading Batman comics and sleeping in. I saw Whitehouse at the Corner and it was one of the most incredible gigs of my life. I really am into them! It's not so much that I find their sounds "pleasant" as such, rather I appreciate the fact that they're brash, transgressive pioneers who succeed in representing a necessary extreme that so many other ostensibly "heavy" acts fail to acknowledge... Plus they understand that music has the potential to be a whole-body experience. Their music is visceral and difficult to ignore.
